Working Place-Northern China based Beijing or Shanghai GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic & business development Planning annual objectives along with product team (including medium term objectives) Identifying business opportunities / new customer base. Process & system orientation Adherence to systems operational reliability. Regular review & reporting (within China & overseas) Outcome orientation Focus & driving budgeted KRA. Seeking suitable options assured & consistent permance as exhibited in ecasts. Sales & business management Monitor expenditure/overheads in line with the budgets Liaise with staff & key customers to ensure smooth operations Ensure competitive sourcing & aggressive selling whilst complying with company policies Industry networking Maintain good rapport with key industry stakeholders Build customer stickiness & key client service . |
| 應聘要求 | QUALIFICATION / KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCE - Minimum University / graduation with at least 10-years of work experience in China Dairy Industry (of which at least 3 years should be handling managerial responsibilities) . - Have a proven record and experience of managing customer base & key accounts (end users, industrial clients, institutions & traders) . - Have the necessary planning and organizational skills to achieve targets, review business, manage operational systems & process within defined policies. - Be able to provide role clarity and ensure teamwork amongst staff. |
