| 崗位描述 |
1、Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts. 2、Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations. 3、Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts. 4、Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. 5、Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. 6、Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources. 7、Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. |
| 應聘要求 | 1、University degree, academically qualified in marketing, science, business or economics. 2、Practical experience in similar positions/projects 3、Minimum of 10 years work experience in a B2C or B2F channel management and sales environment 4、Good knowledge of English, Fluent in both Chinese and English. 5、Computer skill, good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and Internet. 6、Ability to work in a fast pace cooperative environment. 7、Willingness to travel frequently. |
